Questions people ask first.

What do I need to supply?
Written copy or approval for me to draft it, logos and brand assets, images (or approval to use stock images), access to your domain, and the list of pages. Delivery times run from the day the content is complete.
What is the difference in design between Essential and Professional?
Essential is designed around your brand on a proven layout, so it is quick to deliver. Professional is fully custom: the design is built from scratch for your business and your clients.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds. A round is one consolidated list of changes sent in a single message. New pages or features after approval are billed as extra work at £60 per hour, agreed in writing first.
Who hosts the site?
I do, while your monthly plan is active. Hosting, SSL and security updates are part of the plan. If you cancel after the first 12 months I provide the site files and migration notes on request.
What happens to the deposit?
It is the 50% that starts the project and it is non-refundable once work has started. Before work starts you can cancel and get it back minus payment processing fees. The full wording is in section 12 of the terms.
Is this for businesses only?
Yes. Orders are accepted for business use only.
Is VAT added?
No. Built by Noah is not VAT registered, so the prices on this page are the prices you pay.

Everything above is covered by written terms. Read them before you pay anything.
