Service 03 / Chat · Booking · FAQs
Questions answered. Calls booked.
A receptionist on your site that answers the questions you answer every day, asks the right things about an enquiry and books the call into your diary. FAQs and booking only, never advice.
Why it works
01- 01
What it does
It answers common questions from wording you approve, qualifies an enquiry by asking what the visitor needs, and books the call into your calendar.
- 02
What it never does
It never gives advice of any kind. Anything outside questions and bookings is passed to you, with the details the visitor gave.
- 03
Enquiries arrive ready
You get a name, contact details, what the person wants and a time, before the call, not a blank form.
How it works
02- 01
I collect your common questions
I go through the questions you answer most with you and write the approved answers.
- 02
I connect your booking
It books into the calendar you already use, so calls land where you expect them.
- 03
You test it first
You try it on a private link and change anything you do not like before it goes on your site.
- 04
I keep it running
It carries an ongoing monthly cost, which covers running it and updating the answers when your business changes.
Example
03Example
A private clinic, scripted
This uses the Riverlane private clinic concept. Every reply is scripted in the page. It makes no network calls and the clinic is invented. Try a suggested question, or type your own. Anything else gets a plain refusal.
Assistant: Hello, I am the Riverlane assistant. I can answer questions about the clinic and book an initial consultation.
Who it suits
04- 01
Businesses that field the same questions daily
If you keep typing the same replies, this takes that off your plate.
- 02
Businesses that lose enquiries out of hours
A visitor can book a call at ten at night without waiting for a reply.
- 03
Not for advice-led work
It will not give guidance on your behalf. If you need that, a person has to answer.
