Service 04 / Workflows · CRM

The repeat work, handled.

I connect the tools you already use so an enquiry becomes a CRM record and a reply without you copying anything across. Reviews, reminders and invoice chasing can run the same way.

Why it works

01
  1. 01

    Less copying and pasting

Details move from the form to your CRM to your inbox on their own, with no retyping.

  2. 02

    Nothing gets forgotten

Follow-ups, review requests and payment reminders go out when they should.

  3. 03

    Built on what you have

I work with the tools you already pay for before suggesting anything new.

How it works

02
  1. 01

    Map the routine

I walk through the job with you step by step and mark what is repetitive and what needs a person.

  2. 02

    Build it small

I build the smallest version that removes the most work first, and show it running.

  3. 03

    Test with real cases

You run real examples through it and I fix what does not behave.

  4. 04

    Hand over

You get a plain description of what runs and what to do if a step needs attention.

Example

One flow, end to end: enquiry to CRM to reply

A worked example of the first flow. It describes what runs, with no client figures, because none of this is client work.

Inputs

  1. Name and email from the website form
  2. What the person asked for
  3. Which service they picked

Steps

  1. The form is submitted on your site.
  2. A contact and an enquiry are created in your CRM, tagged with where they came from.
  3. You get a notification with the details.
  4. The person gets a reply that confirms receipt and offers a booking link.
  5. If nobody has followed up, a task appears for you.

Output

One CRM record, one notification and one sent reply for every enquiry, with no retyping.

What the owner sees

A single notification with the enquiry, a record already in the CRM and a task if something is waiting.

Who it suits

04
  1. 01

Businesses that chase invoices by hand

Reminders go out on schedule and stop when the invoice is paid.

  2. 02

Businesses that collect enquiries from several places

Everything lands in one list with a first reply already sent.

  3. 03

    Businesses that want more reviews

A request goes to happy customers at the right moment.

Price

06

Pricing on request

Automations are scoped and quoted per project, because the work depends on the tools involved. I give you a fixed price in writing before anything starts.
